Our 2012 season is about to begin with bookings coming in every day. The season will certainly be a busy one with the fleet being seen all across the UK. We have a new addition to the fleet, G-JACI, a brand new Bell 206 L4, which is the newest Long Ranger in the UK.
Again, we will be operating the Heli-Port for the Golf Open which will be held in Blackpool this year, details to follow.
We have recently been carrying out demonstration flights in a Bell 429 helicopter around the UK, please scroll down for further details.
During January, Heli-Charter carried out demonstration flights of the Bell 429, twin engine helicopter. The 429 is the latest generation of helicopter from Bell Helicopters.
The 429 is able to meet the role of:
- VIP
- EMS
- Police
- Offshore

Heli-Charter attended Heli-Expo in Dallas in February, the show was very busy on all days with the high light being the launch of the 20 seat Bell 525 Relentless.
Good news for 206 owners from the show, we have found the following:
- New TT strap from Bell with 36 month life
- New tail rotor blades from Bell with 5000 hour life
- Compressor cases with a guaranteed life of 1200 hours
- New elastromeric tail rotor hub
- Wheelan LED lights for the 206
